The website introduces our conventional signage services and developing digital-screen offer. Information and images help you explore possibilities; they are not a binding quotation or a guarantee that a particular product is suitable for your premises.
Stock references and illustrative concepts are labelled on the website. They should not be understood as our completed installations.
Enquiries and quotations
Sending an enquiry does not place an order, reserve an installation date or require you to buy anything. An acknowledgement confirms acceptance for email delivery, not acceptance of an order.
Project scope, artwork approvals, price, VAT treatment, payment, delivery, installation, cancellation and any warranty arrangements must be agreed separately for each job. These website terms do not introduce a deposit, cancellation charge or refund restriction.
Any separate trading terms need to be supplied and agreed at the appropriate stage. Nothing here removes any mandatory consumer rights.
Information and files you send
Please provide accurate contact and project information. Only send artwork, logos or photographs that you own or have permission to share for the enquiry.
You retain your rights in your files. By sending them, you permit us to receive and review them, discuss your project and prepare a quotation. Submission does not transfer ownership or give us permission to use your files in public marketing.
Do not send unnecessary sensitive personal information, passwords or confidential information belonging to others.
Reasonable use and intellectual property
Do not use the website or enquiry form for spam, unlawful activity, malicious uploads or attempts to interfere with the service or access other people’s information.
Website branding, text, photographs and other material belong to us or their respective rights holders. Viewing the site does not grant a right to reproduce that material commercially. Contact us if you would like permission to use it.
